Welcome to the employment section of the Luther Automotive Group. All offers of employment within the Luther
Automotive Group require and are contingent upon completion of an acceptable background screening including a criminal
background check, and passing a pre-employment drug test. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
are required to drive company and customer vehicles. This includes driving new, used and customer vehicles on
the dealership lot, or in or out of the service department. Insurance requirements mandate employees who drive
company and customer vehicles are a minimum of 18 years of age.

basic skills and qualifications of the job before proceeding. Our hiring process is a multi-step process with several
interviews to assure that we hire the right candidate for the right job. The hiring process can range from one to two
weeks to several months, depending on the skill level required and the critical need for the position.
The application consists of three sections including your personal information and work history, a series of questions,
and a group of statements. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed to continue and to submit an
application. If you do not choose ‘agree’ to each of the statements and complete the e-signature section, we will
not process your application. Make sure you complete the entire application. You will be able to log in later using
your user name and password to update your application.
Education
Some positions may require technical, vocational, or college degrees, and/or current certification(s).
On-going training on various subjects is provided by the Luther Automotive Group as well as by outside
specialized consultants. To keep our employees knowledgeable and current on the franchises and brands with
which they work daily, training is provided regarding specific vehicle models and accessories, continuing
technical expertise and other miscellaneous areas.
