When will I receive my Luther Advantage Holiday discount card?
Your Luther Advantage Holiday card will arrive in the mail approximately 4 to 6 weeks after your purchase. For example, if you purchased anytime in the month of January, you should receive your card mid to late February.

Does my Luther Advantage Holiday card expire?

Yes, your card is valid for three years (two years for purchases prior to December 2014). For example, if you purchased your vehicle in January of 2016, your card would expire February 28th, 2019.

Can I renew my card?
Luther Advantage Holiday cards are a benefit of purchase and cannot be renewed.

Can I get an additional card for a family member?

Luther Advantage Holiday cards are a benefit of purchase and include one card per purchase.

I still have a 5¢ discount card, can I get the new 10¢ card?
Luther Advantage Holiday cards cannot be upgraded.

How does the fuel discount work?
The Luther Advantage Holiday card can be used in store or at the pump for fuel discounts. Insert your
Advantage card into the pump and watch the price automatically roll back. You can then insert your credit
or debit card to pay at the pump. If using your card inside, please see an associate prior to pumping fuel to have the per gallon charge adjusted.

How does the car wash discount work?
To get the $5 Works carwash, you will need to present your card to the cashier inside. At this time, the discount does not work at the pump or at the car wash machine.

How can I find a Holiday location with a car wash?
To find a location, visit http://www.holidaystationstores.com/Locations/Search. By clicking details, you can see if that location has a car wash.

Who do I contact if my card is not working?
If your card is not working, you may email lutheradvantagecards@lutherauto.com or call 952.258.8800 and ask for a Luther Advantage Representative. Please note that your receipts do not reflect an itemized discount but will show the reduced per gallon charge.
