Are Luther dealerships open?
As of now, all of our service, sales, and parts locations are open. We’ll update this page if that changes.

I found a vehicle online but have questions. Can I speak with someone without coming to the dealership?
Absolutely! Our sales associates are available via phone, email, or online chat.

Will you bring a vehicle to my home for a test drive?
You can arrange this service with a sales associate over the phone, email, or through web chat. (Check with your Luther location to confirm).

What paperwork can I complete at home?
We offer the following online:

  • Receive a quote
  • Financial paperwork including credit application
  • Value your trade

Service & Parts FAQs

Do I need to physically be at the dealership while my vehicle is being serviced?
No. You can receive updates and/or ask your sales advisor any questions via text message or phone.

What about pick-up and payment?
We offer self-checkout. You can electronically view your invoice and make service payments online with no physical contact. Some Luther locations are offering home delivery for vehicles. (Check with your Luther location to confirm).
