2024 Manufacturer Awards

Congratulations to the following dealerships for winning a manufacturer award for 2024 and going above and beyond for our guests. 

Mazda President’s Club – Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi 

The President’s Club award is given to dealerships that provide excellent customer service and guest experience. Dealerships must also achieve a top sales performance among similar-sized dealerships. Congrats, Brookdale Mazda Mitsubishi! 

Wolfsberg Crest Winner – Westside VW 

The Wolfsberg Crest Club Award honors the top 10 Volkswagen dealerships in each region that meet the service and sales standards for VW. To achieve this award, VW dealers must achieve high standards in sales, customer satisfaction and a variety of other categories. This is the 12th time Westside VW has won this award. Congrats Westside VW!

#1 CPO Dealer in the Country – Westside VW 

Westside Volkswagen was awarded the #1 Certified Pre-Owned dealer in the country for 2024. They have continually won this award in the region and nationally since 2009.   

Cadillac Master Dealer – Luther Cadillac 

The Master Dealer award is given to 50 dealerships out of the 580 nationwide who excelled in sales and customer satisfaction. Dealerships must qualify to be a Master Dealer to be considered for Dealer of the Year.

Cadillac Dealer of the Year – Luther Cadillac

The Dealer of the Year award honors the top 20 dealerships in the U.S. and Canada, four given out in each region. Dealerships must meet a certain set of parameters to be considered. This is the second year Luther Cadillac has received this award, you can read about their first win in the fifth volume of the Luther News. Way to go, Luther Cadillac! 

Yvonne Vollman at Sales Best of Best

#1 Subaru Sales Associate in the Country – Yvonne Vollman 

This is the second year Vollman has ranked #1 for all Subaru dealerships. This year, she sold 540 cars! You can read more about Vollman in Issue 4 of the Luther News.   

Sales Circle of Excellence – Hopkins Honda 

Service Advisors at Hopkins Honda

Formally known as the Master Circle, this award is given to the top 50 Honda dealers in the nation. This is the third year straight Hopkins Honda has received this honor. Congrats on your continued success!  

Customer Service Experience – Hopkins Honda 

The Customer Service Experience is given to the top dealership with a CSE above 9.29 and those who meet the required number of certified service advisors. This achievement reflects the dedication to delivering the highest level of customer service in the industry. Well done Hopkins Honda Service!

Subaru Peak Performer – Ryan McConnell at Schulte Subaru

This is the fifth year in a row McConnell has been in the Subaru Peak Performers, maintaining a minimum net performer score, achieving a survey quality score, selling a minimum of 125 cars in a year, and has stayed Subaru Foundations Certified.
