Luther Cadillac Wins 2023 Dealer of the Year

Dealer of the year awards are given to 20 Cadillac dealerships every year, four for each region. Each dealership must meet a certain set of parameters to be considered. Parameters include sales volume, Certified Pre-Owned volume, accessory sales, customer retention, service and Customer Satisfaction Index. All parameters are calculated against each dealership’s objectives for the year and are then ranked against the other 580 Cadillac dealerships nationwide. If a dealership has high rankings in every category except one, they will not be considered because each category needs to hit a certain goal.

Luther Cadillac was awarded Cadillac’s Dealer of the Year award for 2023. This is the first Dealer of the Year award for Luther Cadillac in the five years since Luther acquired the dealership. 

Luther Cadillac started the year in their old building, then moved to the new Luther Cadillac in August of 2023. “Most of the work was done at the old location. It’s honestly been four years of winning back the customers that the previous owners had that left before Luther bought it,” said Feavel. After Luther Cadillac moved into their new building, they continued reaching out to old guests inviting them into the new store for a tour and a free alignment inspection. 

“This achievement is evidence of your dedication, hard work, and outstanding leadership over the last year,” said Tom Kinney, General Director of Cadillac. “We are thrilled to work with Cadillac dealers like Luther Cadillac who demonstrate their commitment to our brand.”

When a dealership wins dealer of the year, Cadillac provides a small allowance to throw a party or outing to celebrate. Feavel hosted a luncheon for the whole staff and invited Luther and Cadillac leadership. Cadillac’s central region director and his team came out, as well as David Luther and Andy Gadient. “The team at Luther Cadillac should be extremely proud of earning Dealer of the Year,” said Gadient. “It’s symbolic of all of their hard work and dedication to serving their guests.”

“It’s a lot of hustles. Everyone just put their heads down and did what they had to do. I’m proud and hopeful that we will do it again this year,” Feavel concluded.
