OMG. So Awkward: First All Staff Communications Training

For the first time ever, Luther Auto hosted its first all staff, in-person training for metro dealerships.   

“When looking at our legal risk across the company, we realized that many of our customer and employee issues can be boiled down to miscommunication,” said Kate Uding. “Good communication and records can save everyone volumes of time once things go wrong—it is really a gift to our future selves.”  

The training was viewed as successful by the training team, with over 1,200 metro employees attending sessions over two weeks.   

 “I walked away with a lot of talking points for my sales team,” said Tim Gaier, Hudson Chrysler Sales Manager. “I struggle to help my team understand why a phone call is more appropriate. I plan on reiterating the principles talked about in this presentation that will hopefully encourage them to make better decisions and not always pick the easiest way.”  

Managers are hoping to get condensed versions of this training to refresh teams on this presentation. Training teams will visit Landers and Schulte dealerships to provide this training as well.
