Q4 GRAD School Offerings at LDC
GRAD School is launching two new training courses for both Sales and Service. Each course will provide a review and/or next level of training for those who want to refine their skills. Review the course descriptions below and sign up with the link below!
Sales Goal Setting and Drive Centric
Offered October 22nd, November 20th, and December 19th
This course focuses on long-term and short-term goals. It will help you develop S.M.A.R.T. goals for both short and long-term plans as well as teach you to effectively create monthly forecasts for your sales growth. The Drive Centric portion of the class will focus on data mining within the CRM. It will teach you how to pull reports and utilize them in creating monthly forecasts and short-term S.M.A.R.T. goals.
Service Pricing Guide Presentation
Offered October 23rd, November 21st, and December 17th
This course will offer an enhanced focus on the complete Service Pricing Guide (SPG) process, how to build estimates efficiently
and present them effectively to our guests. You will also develop a strategic plan of communication with your guest throughout the presentation process. This course will assist in the transition from “I’ll do it next time” to “Let’s get it done today” by sharing how to be efficient and effective in all stages of generating estimates and gaining authorization for recommendations and repairs.
