Brookdale Chrysler Completes Multi-Year Revamp

The renovations at Brookdale Chrysler started in the summer of 2023. The entire building was revamped, including its parking lot and exterior.  

Every area was completely gutted to make way for this new Chrysler design. The revamp started with service, resulting in the service drive being temporarily placed on one half of the showroom. It moved on to redoing the parking lot, then redesigning the offices and sales floor. It finished with the exterior of the building, the customer lounge, and the parts department.  

The new space boasts a simple, yet sophisticated design that makes the vehicles the main focus. One notable element in the showroom is the Jeep Cloud, which is designed to highlight the Jeep Wagoneer. Included in the Cloud is the Wagoneer Certified Ten Customer Promises. “That’s been the bi

ggest sell for a lot of the customers,” said Adam Colon, Sales Manager.  

Outlets were also installed throughout the showroom and delivery bay so fully electric and hybrid vehicles can be charged inside. Charging stations were also put in the parking lot for easy charging.  

“Everyone absolutely loves it,” said Colon. “We’ve gotten great feedback from everyone so far, from customers to people that work here, to people from Chrysler.” 

With the completion of their renovations, Chrysler management has named Brookdale Chrysler as one of the new flagship dealerships of the Midwest, meaning other dealers will visit to see how they can update their dealership.
